Information about pickup and helium filling
Here's how it works:
Pick up your order
Options:
- Fast pickup: Within 45 minutes (Mon-Sun 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.)
- Later pickup: At a time of your choosing
Ordering process:
1. Add the items to your shopping cart.
(Any balloon that is suitable for helium can be added directly to your shopping cart using the "Helium filling" option.)
2. Select the Pickup option directly in the shopping cart.
3. Proceed to checkout. There, you can select the date and time slot for pickup:
Date: Today or a later date
Time slot: 30-minute window, Monday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
(Pickups outside these times: possible on request)
(For pickups before 10:00 a.m., after 8:00 p.m., and on Sundays, we charge a surcharge of CHF 5 per pickup.)
Payment on site:
During the ordering process, you can also select payment on collection. If you pay on collection, we reserve the right to fill the balloons only when you are on site. In this case, please allow for waiting time.
About us and stock items:
We are a Zurich-based Swiss company (see legal notice).
All items available for order are in stock and can be delivered immediately or picked up after ordering online!
Balloon and helium information:
You can add any balloon that is suitable for helium to your shopping cart using the "Helium filling" option.
Flight times with helium:
30 cm latex balloons: approx. 8–12 hours
45 cm latex balloons: approx. 1–1.5 days
Foil and PVC balloons: approx. 1–7 days (depending on size)
Important: Please keep this in mind when planning! Latex balloons should be picked up shortly before the event.
Balloon filling: We only fill balloons that we sell ourselves. Material: Our natural rubber latex balloons are biodegradable.
Provision:
Once we receive your pickup order, we will immediately prepare the items for you in our warehouse.
Preparation:
- If you pay online, we will prepare the balloons directly for your pickup date.
- If you pay upon pickup, we reserve the right to fill the balloons only when you are on site. In this case, please allow for the waiting time.
Pickup on site:
Pickup address (warehouse): Ballonshopzuerich.ch Heinrichstrasse 225 8005 Zurich
Pickup procedure: Please ring the bell marked "Ballonshopzuerich.ch" and provide us with your order number or your name. Someone will come to the door immediately and hand you your order.
Important: The goods issue area is sometimes not staffed around the clock. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Additional information: RosenBaer.ch is also one of our shops. If you would like to purchase a rose bear to go with your balloons, you can pick it up at the same location.

Parking:
Parking spaces: Parking spaces are located at the side of the building (drop-off permitted).
⚠️ Important: Please make sure you pay the parking fee! The parking spaces are monitored by a private security company, which will quickly issue fines if you do not have a ticket.
