- Hanging: Thread a string through the loops (eyelets) of the balloons to make a “LOVE” garland.

These balloons are only suitable for filling with air . Due to their small volume, they will not float with helium! Simply use a straw or a balloon pump to inflate them. The valve closes automatically.
