- 📮 Standard shipping: Via A-Post within Switzerland & Liechtenstein
- 📅 Saturday delivery: For an extra charge, order by Friday 12:00 pm ( the item "Saturday delivery" to your shopping cart)
- ⚡ Express delivery in Zurich: Available on request – Phone / WhatsApp
- 🎈 Filled balloons: No shipping – collection .
🔄 Shipping process
- Add item to cart
- Select the "Shipping" option directly in the shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout and complete your order
- Immediate shipping preparation upon receipt of payment
⏱️ When we ship
- 📦 Shipping within 24 hours of receiving payment (MON-FRI). Letter mail is shipped on the same day for orders placed by 6:30 pm, parcel mail on the same day for orders placed by 2:00 pm.
- 🚚 Delivery by Swiss Post (Mon–Fri)
- 📅 Saturday delivery: Available for an additional charge with the "Saturday delivery" add-on
- ⚡ Express deliveries: Only on request
