- 📮 Standard shipping: With A-Post within Switzerland & Liechtenstein
- 📅 Saturday delivery: For an additional charge, orders must be placed by Friday at 12:00 noon (addthe item "Saturday delivery" to your shopping cart)
- ⚡ Express delivery in Zurich: Available upon request – Phone / WhatsApp
- 🎈 Filled balloons: No shipping— pickup only
🔄 Shipping process
- Add item to shopping cart
- Select the "Shipping" option directly in the shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout and complete your order
- Immediate shipping preparation after receipt of payment
⏱️ When we ship
- 📦 Shipping within 24 hours after receipt of payment (Mon–Fri) We ship letters on the same day for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. and parcels on the same day for orders placed before 2:00 p.m.
- 🚚 Delivery by Swiss Post (Mon–Fri)
- 📅 Saturday delivery: For an additional charge with the add-on item "Saturday delivery"
- ⚡ Express deliveries: Only upon request
