The balloon has a self-closing valve.
With helium: Use an appropriate filling device.
With air: Carefully push a straw into the valve and blow up the balloon. Pull out the straw and briefly press the valve firmly – it automatically holds the air.

You need approx. 0.015 m³ of helium for this balloon (45 cm). Please use a balloon weight so that the little bouncer doesn’t fly away.
